Ongoing workshops

We run a series of monthly Creative Women’s Group online, exploring personal themes of what it means to be a woman and to identify as a woman in the healing professions. Each week through guided creative explorations on a variety of themes, the group is invited to reflect on both personal and professional journeys, supporting a deeper understanding of the impact of their work on them, how individual stories play a part in the global experience and how professional themes impact the personal narrative .

Facilitated by two experienced Creative Arts Psychotherapists this group endeavors to look at womanhood through different lenses as well as examining themes that emerge from the group.

Some of the themes explored:

  • The multiple roles we play and hold
  • Relationships to motherhood
  • Work-life balance
  • The Body, Mind & Soul connection
  • Race, religion and culture in relationship to gender

The group aims to give each participant an opportunity to explore different subjects by staying grounded in their embodied experience and expanding their capacity for self-nurture and personal growth.
