This training invites you to develop your capacity and skill to become a Creative Clinical Supervisor. Through the exploration of your own reflective and embodied practice, synthesised with relevant Supervision and Creative Arts Therapies theory, you will be facilitated in an artistic and compassionate environment.

The course integrates theory drawn from both Dramatherapy and Dance Movement Psychotherapy modalities and is facilitated by Rosie Strain (HCPC & BADth Registered Dramatherapist & Clinical Supervisor) and Linsey Clark (ADMPUK & UKCP Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor).

The course takes place over 10 weekends in the heart of a community park with spacious surroundings, the opportunity to be outdoors and great coffee and food on the doorstep.

This training is for Arts Psychotherapy practitioners, Counsellors and Healthcare professionals who have the relevant experience to move towards a Clinical Supervisors role. Dance Movement Psychotherapists must be on the Private Practitioner Register and other Creative Arts Therapists are encouraged to first contact their association or professional body.

TEACHING STAFF:

Linsey Clark RDMP and Rosie Strain, DTh are both Private Practitioners and Clinical Supervisors with extensive experience and will provide the overall facilitation of the training.

Other relevant and experienced DMP/DT’s, professionals will be invited in to contribute at various stages of the training. Further information will be provided at the start of the course.
