Returning in May 2023, Relight invites you to 9 monthly embodied and creative evenings which explore what it means to be a woman in the healing professions.
Dividing the 9 sessions into 3 parts, we will explore what it means to identify as a woman through the lens of Mind, Body and Soul. Delving into themes such as motherhood, work-life balance and the power of the Body. Each month, through guided creative explorations you will be invited to reflect on your personal and professional journey and discover where new insights might take you.
Facilitated by Relight’s founders and Creative Arts Psychotherapists Linsey Clark & Rosie Strain, the group will endeavor to give each person the opportunity to explore different subjects by staying grounded in their creative and embodied experience while expanding their capacity for self-nurture and personal growth.

- 9 x monthly 2-hour sessions ONLINE with breaks in the months of August and December
- Thursday Evenings 7.30 – 9.30pm

It is heartily encourage that all 9 sessions are signed up for to get the most of the safety and support that comes from familiarity of the group.
